Name, contact details, delivery address, order history and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store card numbers. Our website uses cookies and similar tools for the shop to work, to measure visits and, if you agree, for advertising.

To deliver orders, give support, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and, if you agree, send you offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
Who we share it with
Delivery partners, payment providers, our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and advertising and analytics partners, only as needed. Some of these process information outside South Africa under safeguards required by POPIA.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the purposes above and as the law requires (for example, tax records for 5 years).
